2026 Portland Pride Waterfront Festival- Text-Based Site Map

This document provides a text-based description of the venue layout, intended to be fully accessible to screen readers and Braille displays. All locations are described using landmarks and site map relative directions.

Orientation: East pointing towards the Willamette River, West pointing t0wards the street entrances (Ash, Pine and Harvey Milk) along Naito Parkway, North pointing towards the North Stage/Ash Street side, South pointing towards the South Stage/VIP Entrance/Morrison Bridge side.

Location: Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Portland Oregon

Venue Layout Overview

The festival is long and rectangular- extending from the North Stage on one end (left side of the site) to the South Stage (Right side of the site) at the opposite end. The Willamette River borders the river (East) side 0f the festival, while the entrances are along the street side (West).

Three Key Areas are positioned sectioned by each main entrance:

  • A-Ash Street Entrance (North)

  • B-Pine Street Entrance (Central)

  • C-Harvey Milk Street Entrance (South)

Location Details

A- Ash Street and North Side of the Festival

Area located on the North side of Pine Street; nearest entrance is Ash Street. Features include the North Stage and North VIP at the furthest end. Bar and ATM access directly next (North) to the SW Ash Street Entrance. Booths 1-73, 100-101, OHSU and Care Oregon interspersed SE of the Ash Street Entrance. Concession Vendors NE, SE and directly next (South) from the SW Ash St Entrance, along festival boundaries. Bathrooms, LGBTQIA2S+ Senior Tent, Veteran’s Village and EMS along the street entrance side as you approach SW Pine.

B-Pine Street and Central Part of the Festival

Area located South of Pine Street and ending at Oak street. From the Pine Street entrance, the Information Booth and Accessibility Help Desk can be found immediately to the south, next to the Battleship Oregon Memorial. On the same side the bathrooms can be found going further south, followed by a bar, the LGBTQ2SIA+ Family Tent. Most booths in the 200 number range can be found in this area, east of the street side of the festival. The Youth tent can be found directly east of SW Oak, approaching the river side of the festival.

C-Harvey Milk and South Side of the Festival

Area located south of Oak street. Closest entrance being Harvey Milk Street. From the Harvey Milk Street entrance immediately North inside the festival are several Concession vendors. Direct across from the first two concession vendors is the community seating area.

Most booths in the 300-400 number range can be found in this area of the festival, east of the street side of the festival. On the further most SE end, the South Stage and VIP can be found. ATM and Restrooms can be found on the SW end.

Accessibility Services

  • Water refill stations- One located on the North End near the Pine St entrance to the festival. The water refill station is directly in front of the EMS tent which is immediately north of the Pine St entrance. Another located on the South end near the Harvey Milk St. entrance to the festival. The water refill station is just sightly east of the south bar areas.

  • North and South Stage wheelchair and ASL tents:

    From the Pine Street entrance, the North Stage can be found on the NW side of the festival. From the stage the wheelchair seating area and ASL tent are located in front of the left side of the stage. North VIP area is located to the east of the North Stage and VIP bathrooms are located next to the back of the North Stage. The VIP area and bathrooms are fenced off for VIP guest access.

    From the Harvey Milk street entrance, the South Stage can be found on the SE side of the festival. From the stage the wheelchair seating area and ASL tent located in front of the right side of the stage. North VIP area is located to the SE of the North Stage. The VIP area and bathrooms are fenced off for VIP guest access; the VIP entrance can be accessed from outside the festival under the Morrison Bridge, the entrance is located towards the river side of the festival.

  • Misting Station: The misting station is located by heading east and then slightly NE from the Ash St entrance.

  • The Information Booth and Accessibility Help Desk: Immediately to the south of the Pine St entrance, next to the Battleship Oregon Memorial.
