Portland Pride Waterfront Festival

Sunday, July 19, 2026 - 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Registration for exhibitor booths includes both days of the festival.
Exhibitors must be open the entirety of the festival.

Allied Nonprofits located only in Oregon & SW Washington

* to qualify as a nonprofit with a focus on the LGBTQIA2S+ community there must be mention of this in an organization’s mission statement, and on their website, and/or social media.

2025 Festival Exhibitor Prices

Corner Booths - $800
Inline (non-corner) Booths - $700

Corner Booths w/nonprofit discount - $550
Inline Booths w/nonprofit discount - $450

Nonprofit organizations and not for profit local community groups without their IRS recognized nonprofit status are eligible for a $250 discount off the price of booth fees. Please choose the nonprofit option at registration in order to receive the nonprofit price.

Payment options include Bank Card (Credit or Debit), ACH, Check, or Money Order. Payment is due upon approval to the festival.


What’s Included:

  • 10x10 square feet space at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival.

  • Covered Booth Space

  • Inline Booths include one 8-ft table and two chairs.
    Corner booths include two 8-ft tables and two chairs.

Booth Add-Ons:

  • Electricity (up to 500w) is available as an additional purchase for $135.

  • 8ft Table - $20

  • 2 Folding Chairs - $10


Booths are covered by a large canopy.

An exhibitor booth is 10’ x10’ and includes at least one table and two chairs. Corner booths receive 2 tables.

Booths are grouped together with options for corner and inline booths.
