When to Register

The information below reflects the 2026 Portland Pride season. Read on for details about registration, what's included in the booth registration fee, and booth examples.
Priority registration for LGBTQIA2S+ focused nonprofits, LGBTQIA2S+ business owners, and local allied nonprofits opens in February 2027. General registration opens the first Friday of March 2027. Registration typically fills within a week or two of opening to the public, after which a waitlist begins.
2026 Festival Exhibitor Prices
Corner Booths - $850
Inline (non-corner) Booths - $750
Corner Booths w/nonprofit discount - $600
Inline Booths w/nonprofit discount - $500
Nonprofit organizations and not for profit local community groups without their IRS recognized nonprofit status are eligible for a $250 discount off the price of booth fees. Please choose the nonprofit option at registration in order to receive the nonprofit price.
Payment options include Bank Card (Credit or Debit), ACH, Check, or Money Order. Payment is due upon being accepted into the festival.
What’s Included:
10x10 square feet space at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival.
Covered Booth Space
Inline Booths include one 8-ft table and two chairs.
Corner booths include two 8-ft tables and two chairs.
Booth Add-Ons:
Electricity (up to 500w) is available as an additional purchase for $135.

Booth Examples
Booths are covered by a large canopy.
An exhibitor booth is 10’ x10’ and includes at least one table and two chairs. Corner booths receive 2 tables.
Booths are grouped together with options for corner and inline booths.
