* To qualify as a LGBTQIA2S+ nonprofit, an organization must have a primary focus to serve and/or represent the LGBTQIA2S+ community. This must be included in an organization’s mission statement, and on their website, and/or social media.

2026 Festival Exhibitor Prices

Corner Booths - $850
Inline (non-corner) Booths - $750

Corner Booths w/nonprofit discount - $600
Inline Booths w/nonprofit discount - $500

Nonprofit organizations and not for profit local community groups without their IRS recognized nonprofit status are eligible for a $250 discount off the price of booth fees. Please choose the nonprofit option at registration in order to receive the nonprofit price.

Payment options include Bank Card (Credit or Debit), ACH, Check, or Money Order. Payment is due upon approval to the festival.

What’s Included:

• 10x10 square feet space at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival.

• Covered Booth Space

• Inline Booths include one 8-ft table and two chairs.
  Corner booths include two 8-ft tables and two chairs.

Booth Add-Ons:

• Electricity (up to 500w) is available as an additional purchase for $135.

• 8ft Table - $22

• 2 Folding Chairs - $12
