REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Portland Pride Waterfront Festival
Saturday, July 19, 2025 - 12:00 - 8:00 PM
Sunday, July 20, 2025 - 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Registration for exhibitor booths includes both days of the festival.
Exhibitors must be open the entirety of the festival.
When to Register
Registration for the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival opens in early February through March, we offer priority registration to LGBTQIA2S+ nonprofits and local community groups that are by and for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, LGBTQIA2S+ business owners, and local nonprofits and community groups.
Registration is full for this year, but we do have a waitlist in the event, see below for How to Apply.
How to Apply:
Step 1: Go to EventHub and create an account, or login if you already have an account.
Step 2. Go to the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival page on EventHub
Step 3. Under “Get Involved” select the “Festival Waitlist” and Add to cart
Step 4. Complete your application. (See PDF)
Step 5. You will receive an email confirming your application submission from EventHub.

2025 Festival Exhibitor Prices
Corner Booths - $800
Inline (non-corner) Booths - $700
Corner Booths w/nonprofit discount - $550
Inline Booths w/nonprofit discount - $450
Nonprofit organizations and not for profit local community groups without their IRS recognized nonprofit status are eligible for a $250 discount off the price of booth fees. Please choose the nonprofit option at registration in order to receive the nonprofit price.
Payment options include Bank Card (Credit or Debit), ACH, Check, or Money Order. When applying using a Bank Card payment is required in order to submit your application.
What’s Included:
10x10 square feet space at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival.
Covered Booth Space
Inline Booths include one 8-ft table and two chairs.
Corner booths include two 8-ft tables and two chairs.
Booth Add-Ons:
Electricity (up to 500w) is available as an additional purchase for $125.
8ft Table - $20
2 Folding Chairs - $10
Booths are covered by a large canopy.
An exhibitor booth is 10’ x10’ and includes at least one table and two chairs. Corner booths receive 2 tables.
Booths are grouped together with options for corner and inline booths.
