REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Portland Pride Waterfront Festival
Saturday, July 19, 2025 - 12:00 - 8:00 PM
Sunday, July 20, 2025 - 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Registration for exhibitor booths includes both days of the festival.
Exhibitors must be open the entirety of the festival.
When to Register
Registration has closed for the 2024 Portland Pride Season.

2024 Festival Exhibitor Prices
Corner Booths - $770
Inline (non-corner) Booths - $660
Corner Booths w/nonprofit discount - $520
Inline Booths w/nonprofit discount - $410
Nonprofit organizations and not for profit local community groups without their IRS recognized nonprofit status are eligible for a $250 discount off the price of booth fees.
Payment options include Bank Card (Credit or Debit), ACH, Check, or Money Order. When applying using a Bank Card payment info is required in order to submit your application. ACH, Check, or Money Order payments must be received within 10 business days of notification of acceptance into the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival or registration may be released.
What’s Included:
10x10 square feet space at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival.
Covered Booth Space
Inline Booths include one 8-ft table and two chairs.
Corner booths include two 8-ft tables and two chairs.
Booth Add-Ons:
Electricity (up to 500w) is available as an additional purchase for $125.
8ft Table - $20
2 Folding Chairs - $10
