Ankeny Alley: Pride Block Party
The Ankeny Alley: Pride Block Party is a multi day, all ages community celebration of queer joy! Featuring local performers, live music, food, and local queer small businesses market. The event is centered on Ankeny and SW 3rd AVE. To be considered for the market area please submit an application at the link below. For questions related to the market please email, info@pridenw.org
As a part of our commitment to uplift and showcase the talents of the LGBTQIA2S+ community we are creating our first ever Maker’s Market area within the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival. Tables in the LGBTQIA2S+ Maker’s Market are for solo, independent artists (photography, drawing, painting, etc.) and makers located within Oregon and SW Washington.
We recognize the importance of supporting and amplifying the work of historically underrepresented communities, particularly Black, Indigenous, and communities of color. We strongly encourage applications from LGBTQIA2S+ Black, Indigenous, and people of color makers. Our goal is to create an inclusive, vibrant marketplace that celebrates the richness of creativity across our community.
