Portland Pride Parade

Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM

The Parade launches at 11:oo AM from the North Park Blocks. The staging area for the parade is in the North Park Blocks. The Portland Pride Parade is approx. one mile in length and takes approx. 20-30 minutes to complete the parade once you enter the parade route. Depending on where a contingent in the parade is located, contingents can expect to wait 2-3 hours before they enter the parade route. Contingent registration includes ONE vehicle or float (can be towed), one additional vehicle is allowed for a fee, and up to 200 marchers.

Allied Nonprofits located only in Oregon & SW Washington

Registration opens on Friday, February 20th, 2026

Registration Opens for All

Friday, March 6th, 2026


* To qualify as a LGBTQIA2S+ specific nonprofit, an org must have a primary focus to serve and/or represent the LGBTQIA2S+ community. This must be included in an organization’s mission statement, and on their website, and/or social media.

2026 Parade Contingent Prices will be updated by January.

2025 Parade Contingent Tiers & PRices

There is a new price structure for the parade this year. A parade contingent’s tier for registration is based on the annual gross revenue of the entity registering. If you have any questions about registration please email Karianne at khorton@pridenw.org

Businesses and Government Entities

  • Tier 1 - Less than 100k $400

  • Tier 2 - Less than 500k $600

  • Tier 3 - Less than 1 mil $800

  • Tier 4 - Less than 5mil $850

  • Tier 5 - More than 5 Mil $1500

Nonprofits

  • Tier 1 - Less than 100k $200

  • Tier 2 - Less than 500k $300

  • Tier 3 - Less than 1 mil $500

  • Tier 4 - Less than 5mil $800

  • Tier 5 - More than 5 Mil $1500

Tiers for registration are based on the annual gross revenue of an entity.

Parade Contingent Size

Registration includes ONE vehicle or float (can be towed), one additional vehicle is allowed for a $40 fee.

No more than two vehicles per parade contingent are allowed unless you’ve received written permission from Pride Northwest

Groups are limited to 200 participants maximum
