pARADE cONTINGENT rEGISTRATION iNFORMATION
Portland Pride Parade

The Parade launches at 11:oo AM from the North Park Blocks. The staging area for the parade is in the North Park Blocks. The Portland Pride Parade is approx. one mile in length and takes approx. 20-30 minutes to complete the parade once you enter the parade route. Depending on where a contingent in the parade is located, contingents can expect to wait 2-3 hours before they enter the parade route. Contingent registration includes ONE vehicle or float (can be towed), one additional vehicle is allowed for a fee, and up to 200 marchers.

Registration has closed this year for the Portland Pride Parade.

2026 Parade Contingent Tiers & PRices
There is a new price structure for the parade this year. A parade contingent’s tier for registration is based on the annual gross revenue of the entity registering. If you have any questions about registration please email Karianne at khorton@pridenw.org
Businesses and Government Entities
Tier 1 - Less than 100k $425
Tier 2 - Less than 500k $625
Tier 3 - Less than 1 mil $850
Tier 4 - Less than 5mil $925
Tier 5 - More than 5 Mil $1600
Nonprofits
Tier 1 - Less than 100k $225
Tier 2 - Less than 500k $325
Tier 3 - Less than 1 mil $525
Tier 4 - Less than 5mil $850
Tier 5 - More than 5 Mil $1500
Tiers for registration are based on the annual gross revenue of an entity.
Parade Contingent Size
Registration includes ONE vehicle or float (can be towed), one additional vehicle is allowed for a $40 fee.
No more than two vehicles per parade contingent are allowed unless you’ve received written permission from Pride Northwest
Groups are limited to 200 participants maximum
How to Apply:
The parade is full at this time. Please submit an application to be added to our waitlist.
No payment is charged when submitting your application.
Payment is only due if your application is approved.
Step 1: Check above to see when registration begins.
Step 2. Go to EventHub and create an account, or login if you already have an account.
Step 3. Go to the Portland Pride Parade page on EventHub.
Step 4. Under “Book Group or Entry” select the correct tier for your parade contingent and Add to cart
Step 5. Complete your application (How to Submit an Order)
Step 5. You will receive an email confirming your application submission from EventHub.
